Disappointing design for Girls' Fashion
The smocked oatmeal blouse had a cheap and flimsy design. The sleeves were impossible to button. The lightweight fabric made it impossible to wear on cool days. The pros were few but the blouse looked cute on the model online .The cons were significant: low-quality materials and a poor design. Would not recommend..
