I love how easy it is to open the cable cover. It was easy to install. I am a 72 year old female and installed it myself. Next time I paint the walls I'll paint the wire cover but so far it looks 100% better than all the black wires hanging behind the TV. And if I ever want to move the TV, all I have to do is fill a few screw holes. The kit contained many screws and dowels. I just used a couple of my own slightly longer screws and put them in the same stud as the TV mount. I only used 2 of the 3 cable lengths sent as I only needed to cover a short area. Each length is just over 15 inches. This is a good product. I'm going to buy another one to cover the wires from our TV in the basement.
