As a person with natural hair, I use a lot of plastic caps. So I was looking for a set at a good price and I really liked it. SIZE - For me they fit like a regular plastic cap. It wasn't tight and the band had a lot of stretch but wasn't irritating. I almost never felt it. If you have EXTREMELY THICK HAIR you may need to double the caps but for the price and quantity I still think it's worth it. QUALITY - I mostly use the superheated steam method for deep conditioning or my hood dryer. It held the heat very well but of course I'm not used to high heat as I feel you never should but then again it held the heat well. I also tried it in the shower to see if my styles stayed dry. After a 30 minute shower my hair was still dry which was good. TRAVEL - This is absolutely perfect for traveling. It doesn't take up any space at all. Even if the packaging seems odd, all you have to do is stretch it up and down and it pops open. never mind Overall I am very happy with this purchase and I hope you are happy.
