I've been pumping exclusively for 12 weeks. I'm 36DD and I have XL and it fits me. The inner layer doesn't fully cover, but that doesn't bother me. If you are over 36 tall you will need an extension. I like that it is very easy to get the flanges in and out of the bra. The bra also allows me to gently massage my breasts to get extra milk. I also have bolder views and it's so bulky it's difficult. It's also difficult to get spectrum flanges through KB holes. The downside to momcozy is that there isn't much support to hold the flanges. I constantly have to tighten the straps and tighten them around my back. After that I can suck enough. All in all I love this bra! Too bad they didn't wear it in beige too.
