The most important thing I like about this software is that it can be easily integrated with many other platforms such as Salesforce. It also keeps track of all notifications so you never miss any alerts again! Also being able to set up custom fields for each notification makes me feel more comfortable when using this product because they are customizable unlike some competitors who do not have customization options at all. Sometimes there may be times where we receive mass emails from our clients but I am unable to open them due to time zones or something else outside my control which causes problems sometimes. There should definitely be an option if your email provider would allow it (such as Gmail), otherwise it could cause issues down the road. This system has helped us solve several customer service related challenges including managing multiple departments across different locations simultaneously while maintaining good communication between staff members.
