I bought this bag as my first notary bag, checked the reviews and searched everywhere but found it was the only bag with a built in combination lock. I followed the instructions on the label and product description page to set my combination and now it's not working. It will not open or reload. I've already gone through the return window and I'm disappointed that I wasted my money on this. The only reason I bought it was because of the lock and now I can't even get it to work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
