The ability it gives me as owner/operator has been great - I have used other services but they were not nearly so easy or intuitively configured compared this one (and yes we are using their webstore). They also seem very responsive which was important because our needs changed over time during implementation process; no problems there either at present nor since then when support issues arose later down the line after launch date had passed etc.). We use them primarily just about anything related to membership programs including renewals / lapses management plus gift subscriptions via both direct mailers sent through email marketing campaigns AND online sales channels such us eCommerce site + mobile app integration too).
