Although it is wonderful that HARBORII is committed to delivering beauty and sophistication to every house, the company's products do not match up to the hype that has been created about them. Although the silverware and table linens have a wonderful appearance, their quality is not quite as good as it appears. It's disheartening that the cutlery is so fragile and has such a low-quality feel to it, especially given the price. Even though they are stunning, the table linens do not hold up well after many washings. However, despite the fact that the corporation markets itself as a lifestyle brand, its items do not survive the test of time. Although it is simple to go around the website, the customer care is not nearly as good as it could be. The response time is really slow, and the reps do not have adequate product knowledge. Even while placing an order might not be difficult, there is no guarantee that it will be delivered on time. The items are damaged upon arrival due to poor packaging and shipping. In general, HARBORII does not live up to its claim to bring a certain level of sophistication and elegance into every home. Although at first glance the products can seem to be of high quality, they actually fall short. In addition, both the customer service and the delivery are below average. There are a lot of other options out there that are much better than this one.
