Review on Rugged iPhone XR Belt Clip Case with Military-Grade Protection, Holster & Tempered Glass Screen Protector – Black by Rhonda Tafoya

I bought this case for 3 iPhone XR phones, I had a case and a holster. I think it's a good case but the customer service from the company is below average. I had those Case used for 6 months or so and the clip holding the phone in the holster broke.I have tried contacting the company via email and phone with no response.One of the main reasons I bought your case and holster bought was the company behind their product.I'm disappointed in 2019 that companies don't care about their customers anymore.Don't they realize there are many other companies making a similar product and loyalty is based on customer experience ?
