After receiving this and thinking that the USB-C connectors are indeed defective, I read the specs carefully. Keep in mind that the list of products that don't charge via USB-C "Fast Charge" is probably quite long. I think I'm even more disappointed that these ports don't do anything *at all* for my phone. USB-A ports work just like regular outlets, but that's not the main reason I bought this. This product should probably carry a broader warning that it won't work at all for anything that requires fast charging. I'll take some of the blame, but now I don't even know what the point of USB-C ports is!
