I have perfect 20/20 vision. I have NEVER had any vision problems, but since I've been working full time for the last 5 months and staring at two monitors under neon lights 40 hours a week, I've definitely noticed a change. I often got headaches. Worst of all, my sleep became even worse than before. Then I found these glasses - they change lives! I've only had them for a week, but I don't have a headache and my sleep has improved! They are the perfect size, light weight and very cute looking. 10/10 for those in the office who want to protect their eyes and still look good.
