It's not what I thought.
I use it for my bow ties. At first I thought it was transparent with glowing dots, but it's actually white with glowing dots. Though that didn't stop me from making flies out of him. I ended up using it for the tape lined flies and the white parts made a really good fiber material. I might consider buying it again, but it will depend.
