As someone who enjoys doing things themselves, I frequently buy the power tools I need for my various home improvement projects from internet stores. Recently, I made the choice to purchase my power tools and hand tools from Eastvolt, a business that specializes in both types of tools. Unfortunately, my time spent shopping in their internet store did not live up to my expectations. To begin, the website was difficult to traverse, and it was a hassle to locate the particular tools that I required. The search function could not be relied upon, and the classifications were arranged in an unintuitive manner. After a long search, I was finally successful in locating the tools I needed, so I immediately placed an order for them and anxiously anticipated their delivery. On the other hand, as soon as the items arrived, I recognized almost immediately that they were of a low quality and did not live up to my anticipations. Particularly disheartening was the lack of progress made on the exercise. The battery life was horrible, and it was unable to drill through even the most fundamental materials. When I tried to return the items, I was greeted with more frustration than I had already experienced. The procedure for making a return was unnecessarily difficult, and the customer support staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. My money was refunded to me after a delay of several weeks, but due to a number of fees, it was for an amount that was less than the total amount that I had spent initially. My experience shopping at Eastvolt's internet store was, on the whole, one that was disappointing and frustrating. It was difficult to navigate the website, the products were of low quality, and the procedure for making returns was overly complicated. Anyone who is interested in purchasing power tools online should steer clear of this retailer in my opinion.
