I read a lot of reviews to find out what size to get so it fits about the way I expected it to . I'm 5ft 4in / 132lbs / 34c and I have the M and it fits just how I wanted it. It's almost on the edge of being too small; The straps are adjustable and they are almost perfect, but if they were adjustable I would loosen them about half an inch. The straps do not hang completely, but close. I feel like it fits and people won't think "she looks like a sausage in it" but I could also definitely switch to L for a looser fit. I would feel reluctant working on it. If I want to wear it every day, for example for a walk along the promenade, I would probably go a size up. If you feel uncomfortable, if you feel comfortable, take the size up. Hope that helps!
