This is the perfect training tank! Good support but no smoothing. It's very flattering and the perfect length for anyone with a high waist. I would even wear it as a top for the day! Think bigger - I'm almost always small and medium fits perfectly. For the record, I'm 5ft 8in, 135lbs, size 32 and usually wear a size 2/4.

I am 34D and 36C. 5 feet 4,130 pounds. I like the form, especially on the exercises. I could maybe go up a bit but honestly it's perfect for a sports bra. i like the color Really holds everything together. The cups can be removed to create space in the chest area. My main issue with sports bras and tank tops is the torn straps, but I think they will hold up just fine.

BEST basic tank! I have this in 3 colors (white, black and salmon/pink) and I'm ordering white because I wear it so often! I'm 5ft 8 inches, 155-160lbs, I usually wear a small or medium top and wear a 34C - I took the medium size and it fits perfectly and the girls look amazing! The built in bra and pads are great so when the weather warms up you can just wear them with jeans, shorts or leggings and go! I also wear it to workouts and it keeps everything in place.

I read a lot of reviews to find out what size to get so it fits about the way I expected it to . I'm 5ft 4in / 132lbs / 34c and I have the M and it fits just how I wanted it. It's almost on the edge of being too small; The straps are adjustable and they are almost perfect, but if they were adjustable I would loosen them about half an inch.
