I like the simple design and the cable management feature. The cable is a bit thinner than a standard surge protector, but should be more than enough to easily power all your devices. The storage space for the plugs is also great: the plug can be pulled out safely without taking up any space. Last but not least, this roadblock is rated for both 110V and 220V, making it handy for international travel - a welcome exception to similarly priced US-only alternatives. I deduct one star for the relatively thin black rubber jacket, which can be easily removed. It looks fine on a new device, but I expect it will loosen and/or fall off over time, possibly fairly soon, bringing with it the two-tone accented look and "shockproof" functionality. Looking at how the wire pulls out I don't think it would make any difference if the case was made of a strong, stronger material and permanently attached to the device other than making the device more durable.
