When I received this item I was disappointed that the larger crystals in the necklace and earrings had a cloudy appearance huh led to them lacking the brilliance I would expect from crystals. Unfortunately, the necklace itself is beautifully crafted and was not a simple, cheap piece of jewelry. I gave this piece 4 stars because the rose gold was really pretty despite the slightly dull big crystals and the small crystals had a nice sparkle. If the seller redesigned this piece using CZ instead of crystals it would be an amazing piece of jewelry. Speaking of the seller, when he said satisfaction is guaranteed, he wasn't kidding. I contacted the seller to let them know about the cloudy crystal issue. Without hesitation, they offered to replace the item with one of their rose gold cubic zirconia necklaces at no additional cost to me. Mariell's rep, Doug, was a pleasure to work with and exceeded my expectations in helping me and resolving the issue quickly. I received the new necklace within 2 days and all I can say is this necklace is amazing. The fire and sparkle of the CZ necklace looks like diamonds.
