The shredder works well and seems pretty solid so far. Just a few things worth mentioning. The hopper is relatively small and being a strip shredder it fills up quickly so plan on emptying it frequently. As soon as the pages go through the shredder it will stop which is normal except when you need to empty the bin the pages you just shredded get stuck in the blades because they weren't completely removed. This requires the extra step of emptying the bin and running the shredder again to empty the papers. I needed an inexpensive shredder that could handle a lot of old records and do exactly what I need, so overall I'm happy with it.
