I've been using a Gefen Passive USB Extender that's over 15 feet long, but I needed something more reliable that could handle more than just a keyboard and mouse. Gefen is a premium product, but you pay a premium for it. The StarTech Extender lets you seamlessly connect a keyboard, mouse, and Logitehc HD webcam for Zoom meetings. It has more ports than I use so I tried adding a USB powered ring meter to the mix but that stopped everything. I'm not sure if this is due to StarTech limitations or the power consumption of the ring light, so it's not currently possible. Otherwise no complaints!
