Review on 🔦 Marsauto H13/9008 LED Headlight Bulbs Fan-Driven, 16000 Lumens 6500K Xenon White, M2 Series LED Light Bulb Kit by Xiaomeng Chang

After a few hours of research I decided that for the price they would meet my needs. The item arrived in 2 days just waiting for my new lens assembly for my 04 Durango. When the assemblies arrived, I installed the lamps to save time replacing assemblies. According to the LED supplier's video, it said that the LED should be aligned at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions (see image), but it doesn't! It was more like 1 and 7, almost flat horizontally. I checked both sides again and changed the bulbs. Still got the same result. My scores are at 10-2-6 o'clock, 10 is the big tab (white rosette), their video shows 8-12-4, 8 is about the big tab (silver rosette). I check the owner's manual and auto parts websites and they all say I'm using H13/9008 high-low bulbs. I checked the current bulbs in my headlights and they are H13/9008 bulbs. The box that was sent was marked H13 not 9008. I don't know if that matters but I was unable to contact the seller. All calls went to voicemail. One day they called when I wasn't home, left a message and told them to call them to solve the problem. Unfortunately all calls still went to voicemail. I tried calling them when they said they would open first but went to voicemail anyway. I left a message at 9am to call me before they close at 5pm PT or I will return the item for a full refund. Still no call. The items have been returned. As for the quality of the devices, I've never used them, so I can't rate them. If you have purchased this item H13/9008 or any LED headlight, you can check the position of the bulbs in the headlight lens for correct alignment. for maximum light output on the road and not to dazzle oncoming drivers and avoid accidents.
