This effect was observed in tab s4 users and was not corrected by the company when the new model was released. Samsung itself calls this a feature of their panels. I recommend that you familiarize yourself with this "feature" before buying a device. I would refrain from buying if I encountered it before purchasing the tablet. Some pros: The tablet is very good in many ways. It works fast, the sound is excellent, excellent autonomy and light weight. Dex mode is pretty nice. Has cons: I was very upset by the so-called jelly effect in portrait mode. When the page is actively scrolled, the image from one edge deviates significantly from the other and a wave effect occurs.
