Review on Amaze by Vedavyas Fleming

I like that it's not as complicated or hard for someone with less IT knowledge than myself, which made our transition into this product easier from another vendor! It took me some time at first but soon got used too since there are so many features available in terms of customization options - you can do almost anything if know how/where /what code needs written etc..

We have been able solve all issues we had regarding customer support tickets within minutes using 'Amaz', especially those related ticketing system errors where other products would take hours before they could be resolved while amazon solved them instantly without any issue!!
