Sole everything was only used after 1 week of running. I have to tape them together to use them for a year as I figured they would last at least 6 months. It would be understandable if they were used for construction/heavy work, but the sole only came off when walking. If I had known the quality of these things was so poor, it might have been better to just buy 3 pairs of cheap shoes from Walmart.
