I bought this headset 6 months ago, a few weeks ago I noticed that the plastic part of the bridge was cracked. (see image). I contacted Lucid Sound and asked if I could buy a new bridge. I have not complained or asked for a free replacement, it has been in use for months. It needs 4 screws to replace this part, very easy. Their idea is that I should send the headset back and they "test" it to find the problem and then send me a replacement or repaired unit. What tests, I sent the photo that is attached. I don't think they read my email, they just automatically assume the headset is off and send a normal email. Think I have multiple sets so I can just get another pair? If they eventually fall apart completely I will not be replacing them with a Lucid Sound product. I wonder if the person who read my letter was actually in their right mind?
