This is my first Silicon Power product and I have to tell you, terrible first impression! I have a Samsung EVO 850 Sata III 250GB which performs better than this NVMe. The read speed is excellent, the maximum reached 3100 MB / s, but the write speed is just terrible, nothing close to the declared (up to 3000 MB / s). The write speeds I got ranged from 115 MB/s to 1124 MB/s. When I installed Windows on it, it took forever, my SATA SSD was 50x faster. After the Windows installation was complete I went to install drivers and applications and that's where I got to my second problem, the installation would take forever and when I look at the task manager, NMVe was always 100% with a speed of about 2 MB/s. write speed. I just do not understand. When I launch the game it also uses 100% which doesn't even happen on my sata ssd. I've been testing this NVMe for about a month now and I can see that it's not a user issue, it's a hardware issue. Problem. Tested on my HP Pavilion gaming laptop (15-cx0077wm) and my friends PC with Z390 motherboard / Core i5 9600k processor and got the same results. Will this NVMe be replaced and see if the SSD is defective or not. Meanwhile, I do not recommend this NVMe!
