I ordered from your company once by mistake before I noticed until they sent me the problem I was having, I use them daily and when I try, turning them on to use them mic doesn't let me hear my clients and or they can hear me, your headphones don't seem to last very long either {they last less than 6 months at most.} I wish they could have worked better and longer working at their best performance, NOT a very good quality guarantee, I will not order them from you again. My mistake this time is that I'll be more careful about who I order from in the future.
