My old TV suddenly died and I had to buy a new one. Unfortunately, my new TV's legs were too far apart to sit on my old TV stand. I've looked everywhere for a slanted TV wall mount and haven't found anything. Then I stopped. Pros: - It has a heavy base. Without looking at the specs, I'll say it weighs around 25 pounds, which is about the weight of my 50-inch TV. I don't know much about physics, but I do know that the bigger an object, the bigger (or heavier) its base. - Easy construction. I used the screws that came with the TV, which made assembly a lot easier. I did it myself with a torn meniscus (knee injury). - Rotating function. Before I had this stand, it was difficult to see the connections on the back of the TV. The hinge makes it a million times easier to see what's what. Cons: - I wish it was a few inches taller. My original plan was to put two monitors under the tv, after reading the description of this stand I thought there would be enough space underneath but it isn't. PS4 standing vertically below I use the setting to make it as tall as possible.
