Overall this brand was _relative_ reliable; We buy some and reserve our toner storage space for a couple of working HP printers. Compared to other 3rd party toner brands I find these guys quite reliable. Unfortunately, one of the four cartridges ran out in the last two orders (i.e. an average of 2 cartridges for 8 ordered). We currently have at least one magenta and one yellow resettable toner cartridge that needs to be cleaned and the faulty cartridge replaced. Unfortunately, these orders are being used to replenish our stock and Revain has expired. Since it's outside the 15 day window I'm stuck with defective cartridges. but compared to other aftermarket toner suppliers, I would rate the reliability of these GPC branded toner cartridges as *above average* for the aftermarket but below average compared to genuine HP OEMs. Of course, again, that's literally 1/4 the price. So in a sense, there is a slight drop in quality for a HUGE increase in cost. YMMV!TL;DR - cartridges generally work well, we've been using them for 2 years now and the scrap rate is average although (unfortunately) it's been consistently 20% on recent orders.
