I like the ease of use, it's intuitive and makes it easy to navigate through all the features. There are many different modules that can be used and customized as per your need. It's definitely worth trying out. We have been using this software since last 4 years and we haven't faced any issues with this product. The only thing which could be improved is the UI and some minor bugs here and there. I would say try it first before you decide on not to go ahead with this software. Benefits are very good in terms of time management. This has helped us reduce our manual effort by almost 95%. The best part about this software is that it allows me to access my data from anywhere at any point of time.
