ClearString gives us the ability to see both our internal data as well as our customer's data in a single place so that we know what they are doing, and how it impacts us. The reports are easy to understand and use. They can be very specific or general without affecting the others. I wish it was easier to have more granular control over each report to make them even better. We are solving the problem of knowing who is working with what customers and what their status is. It helps us keep track of who is working on which tasks and also allows us to easily look up any customer or task at any time.
