I have a tinted windshield and the over decal is too sticky for my liking so I bought these. They work the way I wanted them to. I put an Uber sticker on it and then stuck it on the windshield. Easy to take off, easy to put on and easy to clean. This is a vinyl chain. There is nothing "sticky" or sticky on it. it sticks to the glass. If you find it's not sticking, clean the glass and make sure the mount is clean as well. Then make sure you don't put a sticker on a backing that does NOT stick. The back must be removed to use the chain. the handle is clear. I take my necklace off when I'm not working. There are no problems removing and reinserting.
