I bought 3 Airtok air purifiers for my house. I am allergic and my dog is allergic too in a house with forced convection heating and a common room and bedroom with a magnet away from the wall for anything that causes allergy flare-ups. The design of the air purifier is convenient in that it can be placed against a wall, which allows you to remain open to footpaths. My air purifiers are on the floor in the living room, bedroom and kitchen. The instructions come with the air purifier and are easy to read and follow, but watch the youtube video to see other buyers' demo. The filter is inside the air purifier. After opening the box and removing the air purifier, open the air purifier from the back and find the filter inside the air purifier. Look for the label on the filter. Be sure to remove the plastic wrap from the filter. Reinstall the filter with the black side toward the air cleaner fan, the filter has a small tab at the top facing you that can be easily removed when ready for replacement. After installing the filter, reattach the back of the cleaner. Follow the provided guide to familiarize yourself with the control panel and find out which buttons turn on and off, child lock, fan speed, filter replacement and runtime.
