The formula has changed or the dealer is doing something. I have been using this product for ten years and in the last 4 months it has gone from a translucent color to this opaque thicker color and now my hair hurts. It's like putting alcohol on my hair, it tangles my hair so much. I am canceling my subscription and trying another distributor first. The company may have changed the product.
