Perfect size for pickling. The lids don't hold.
I love these glasses. They're the perfect size for my pickling efforts and easy to clean. Although I'm not a big fan of covers. They are plastic and both of mine ripped and after the 3rd charge they ripped and I can't find a replacement. Apparently they don't take heat and you have to let the jar cool completely before even thinking about putting the lid on - which makes me uncomfortable. In my case I just put the lids on the jars without screwing them on just to keep the contents covered as they cooled, but even that was too hot. I will continue to look for replacement lids in the hope of continuing to use these jars.
