My experience with this protective case was disappointing and a waste of time. After receiving the product the first thing I did was check the manual which consisted of a small glossy card with 9 images showing the model opening the case from below and removing the blue screen and the obvious did as soon as you opened the case. .That was the problem, the case wasn't opened. Lest you think well, geez, be smarter than the case, I've tried opening this crazy thing from a variety of angles, even using a flathead screwdriver on the side clips that held the lid closed. I didn't bother with what looked like locking clips, I inserted the head of a screwdriver and tried different angles to pry it off, thinking it was probably very tight by default. nope The flexible material on the underside came loose with a screwdriver, but it was impossible to detach the clip if you were at all afraid of breaking it. Have 4 other employees try to open it. None of them were successful, not even with a mini pry bar (note that any use of the tool was aimed at prying open the case without affecting its functionality), and none of the 4 thought the little instruction card that came with it contained anything - any actionable instructions other than removing the blue screen insert. Sent back for a refund which luckily Revane is well versed in.
