It didn't work at first until I twisted the lid until it squirted.

4 stars because when I added my perfume and tried to pump and spray it didn't work. I literally twirled the tip with my head, shook, twirled, shook for about a few minutes until I was spraying. If I had a $20 perfume I might be sloppy, but that too frustrated me to no end until I got it working. In general, don't give up trying. hope this works Also because I got "gold" and not pink like I wanted. Overall * great price and * fast delivery.
