I bought the medium version for socks when I was 9 months pregnant. I'm 5ft 5in and 170lbs, I think I could carry this at my usual 145lbs. It's a bit short because of my tummy on the other side, so I paired it with leggings. Very soft and great sleeve length. Consider buying a different color after giving birth.
