The tap neck was very fragile. The garden hose nozzle was under-threaded and leaking excessively. The metal in the neck is 18 gauge or thinner. With a short hose attached, filling the mop bucket required care not to over-tighten the flexible neck faucet. The product is too fragile but looks too beautiful to be a truly versatile faucet. I have used threaded bushings on the feed lines to replace broken old ones on the original faucet. The product has false properties and is intended for normal washing or storage. The wall mounts were 1/16" narrower (that's about 8mm) than the old faucet. Fixings; 3 and 3/16" on the new versus 3.5" on the original. Made to hurt. In the end, the original fitting body is used with cleaned new bushings.
