I hate writing bad reviews but sometimes I feel like people need to know. A friend talked me into this by saying her teeth are so white and they contain 35% peroxide - that's the max you can buy without a prescription. I have used Plus White for many years and was unaware that they also contain 35% peroxide. My god, what's the difference, oh, that's the price. As far as whitening goes I can't tell any difference at all other than this product doesn't work as well as my Plus White! You can only use it three times while Plus White lasts me 6 months or more if I use it once a week. I sound like a rep plus white, but that's it. By the way, the packaging looks like it came from a larger box. Very unprofessional not recommended
