Review on 🍽️ Gibson 101983 16RM Magello Reactive Dinnerware: An Exquisite and Functional Tableware Set by Scott Tompkins

These plates look very nice and feel solid. I bought two of these sets and most of the dishes arrived in perfect condition. HOWEVER, two plates arrived broken in a very battered box. The packaging saved most of the food, but not those two large dinner plates. In itself this wouldn't normally be a big problem, but getting a replacement is harder than expected. Exchange via Revain will require the entire set (presumably included with broken plate parts) to be returned for a new set. The manufacturer doesn't seem to stock any of these styles, so they're not a replacement option either. I would like to give these dishes a higher rating as they are good but the support experience leaves a lot to be desired.
