Bought for grandchildren. My granddaughter has long hair and when she was playing with it it got tangled and had to be cut off. She was VERY scared and hurt and if we hadn't taken her out straight away it would have been a lot worse. She lost a decent lock of hair in the short time she was caught. I had the same when my grandson played with him while I was in the room. It was very quick and painful, not to mention hair loss. The charge doesn't last long. In general, it's a pity, because before the hair incident, we were having fun.
