The battery lasts a long time! Easy-to-read buttons that are luminous, great for the elderly/disabled. Well made, durable. I dropped one on the cement floor in the kitchen but picked it up thinking it was broken but it has no scratch and works like new. Nice loud ringtone (adjustable) as well as a volume control on the handset for your ear. I've had it for several months and I love it! I have to admit that I.instructions is confusing so someone with technical knowledge needs to be found. Also, it costs so much money. I would recommend it to my mother and I love her very much :-)
