I still have a (great) pair of Fly London shoes. The moment I put them on, I knew something was wrong. 37 or less. The leather was cheap and the shoes lacked the ergonomics typical of this manufacturer. After some homework I discovered that the original shoes that are still sold in the EU today are made in Portugal. They are made (as listed if you search for it) in China for most of the rest of the world market including the US. Save yourself the frustration and just say NO to these poor quality shoes. "Saving" is not worth it. Oh, and as an added bonus, this company, DNA Footwear, lets you pay for the postage.
