My most recent online shopping encounter with O'Bright was frustrating and disappointing. First of all, there was no notification of or update on the delay in their arrival. The lack of communication from their customer support team made it more difficult for me to use their website as a foreigner and complete a purchase, which was already challenging. Second, the product I got was of poor quality and did not match the description on their website. I encountered a language barrier and unhelpful responses when I attempted to contact their customer assistance. My overall impression of O'Bright was one of frustration and dissatisfaction. To other non-native speakers searching for dependable home improvement products, I would not suggest this online store.
