I like the belt. It works. BUT! It took me 20 minutes to figure out how to solve it! The instructions are terrible! There is a small movable tab that secures the strap as you pull it through the buckle. Lifting (moving) this tab allows you to pull the strap out of the buckle. The instructions show how to remove the entire buckle. I think this assumes that the small tab is moving. That's not for me. But by holding my finger to the tongue, I was able to unlock the strap. Products can live or die by their instructions. Someone needs to embellish the instructions for this belt. After a year, the buckle is now slipping off. Now I subconsciously tighten the belt when it loosens. Why am I still wearing it? I like the almost stepless fine adjustment. But I wouldn't wear it with wide waist pants. I don't know why it slips. I originally cut it long. When slippage started I simply trimmed the length to get to the new grips. It didn't help.
