I researched several stools before deciding on this one. Reviews were few, but I liked the assembly, which only used screws for the stabilizing legs. I am very happy with the stool. Arrived a few days before the stated time. It was easy to unpack and set up in a short time. The pieces fit together well and the standing base and mounting bar at the back can be easily adjusted as there are no screws. My son can get in and out every time without removing the restraining bar. He's firmly on the ground. I love that it comes with non-slip step and floor pads. And if I have to put it away for a long time, it can be disassembled without tools. I leave only the legs, but if necessary they can be unscrewed. Overall very happy with this product.
