5ft 11in / 205lbs, usually buy medium shorts. Following the sizing chart I got an XLI which looks like this - they are about the same as the pictures which can be a gamble at times. Nice and light and the phone pocket on the leg is very comfortable for running. What I don't like is the quality of the base layer. The spandex is thin and in fact the phone is not that reliable and can flop while running. It might be better if you choose one size smaller than recommended - the waist is quite elastic with a long drawstring. Is it worth? I think I'm about fifteen bucks, so not bad for twenty-three. i keep them
