Some of my colleagues who use this case recommended it to me last year. I am an airline pilot and I use this bag to hold all my maps and other essentials during the flight. Overall this is a very good bag but it depends on what you are going to use it for. Since I use it to store folders, flashlights, a headset, and a few other things, I took out the file folders. Although I have never used file folders, just by looking at the holder I could tell that it would not work well as a file holder. You can hang about 3-4 holders but they don't seem to hold up very well. I've been using this case almost every day for a year and it's still in great condition. The legs and wheels are still intact and I don't think they will break any time soon. That being said, I know quite a few other pilots who have had their bag's legs detached and metal plates added to reinforce it. My biggest criticism of this bag is probably the handle. It's hard to suppress. There's no button you can press to lock it in place, so it's either all the way up or all the way down. The handle doesn't go down smoothly, you have to press it hard and wiggle it down to get it through the snap lock. I usually tie this case to my suitcase with an "Add Bag" strap so I don't often use the handle to flip it. My laptop fits in the bag along with my folders and other items. I would not recommend using a sleeve. It's big, so if you're going to use it, make sure you have a 17-inch laptop, as anything smaller just slides in as soon as you take it out of your pocket. Also, the case uses only two Velcro straps at the top to keep it closed. . It would be very easy for a laptop to slip out (and fall on the floor) while being carried. A neoprene sleeve designed to fit your particular laptop would be a much better option. Overall I like this bag. built in and has plenty of space inside. It's great for my use, but if you need a wheeled bag to hang your binders on, I'd keep looking.
