Doesn't work well in routers

We bought this router based on reviews to help us with distance learning at home but were very disappointed with its performance. We often lose the internet while using it. Our older router, which costs less, works more reliably and shows little difference in speed. We couldn't find any viable parental controls either. Definitely a complete disappointment.

Pros
