Great piece of furniture, fairly easy to put together. We have 2 corner pieces of desk (420474) and I love this style and color The "wood" is multicolored so if damaged it can be easily painted with furniture handles and the wound will disappear Higher than the table If you intend to install this right next to the table it will look little funny. We have it between the tables, and there are about 10" between each element, so the symmetry looks normal. but it's still a mystery why the mating pieces aren't the same height. We bought it to use as a printer stand and also for storage. We have a large Cannon multifunction printer and as it is too big for the printer stand the printer seems to be a more normal size. There's also a (cheaper) printer stand, but we found it suited us better and we're quite happy with it. One disappointment is the weight limit for the document box. The hinges are strong but the drawer bottom is not strong enough. It will be amplified, but only once backwards. This allows you to place an entire stack of paper on each end of the drum without getting too close to the support stand. The file hangers can probably support more weight because the "walls" are sturdy, but the spec is around 20 pounds. A file box of this size should be able to hold at least 50. I was going to use them to hold a variety of papers, labels etc for quick access when printing, but I had to choose a subset and I only use about 1/4 of the box. Come on pissed. the paper is heavy, whether it's hanging in a folder or lying on the bottom of a drawer.
